Design-build is a construction project delivery system where, in contrast to "design-bid-build", the design and construction aspects are contracted with a single entity known as the design-build contractor. This system is used to minimize the project risk for an owner, lower cost and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

Renovate or Replace?

Experience has shown that it’s generally less expensive to alter and rehabilitate an existing facility rather than build a new one. Of course, many older bleachers are in poor condition and don’t meet existing needs.
